What is the Tell Me feature?

What is the Teacher (AI mentor)?
The Teacher answers your questions about banking law using AI. Questions are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API. Responses are tailored to the BankingDesk curriculum and real-world banking scenarios.
What data does BankingDesk collect?
BankingDesk collects your username, learning progress, test results, and usage metrics locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. When you use Tell Me or the Teacher, your clause texts or questions are transmitted to Anthropic. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use BankingDesk offline?
Yes. Learning modules, tests, and module content work offline. Tell Me analysis and the Teacher require an internet connection to communicate with Anthropic's API.

How do I export my learning progress?
Your learning progress is automatically synced to your iCloud account and accessible across your Apple devices. To export or download your data, contact support@medienkommission.de.
Can I sync BankingDesk across multiple devices?
Yes. Your profile, learning progress, and test results sync automatically via iCloud CloudKit to all devices associated with your Apple ID.
